Our
facilitator

In Vipassana Path, the facilitator does not take the role of a teacher in the conventional sense.

Rather than instructing or directing the experience, the facilitator practices alongside the participants, entering the same rhythm of silence, observation and continuity.
This shared practice creates a field of cohesion and trust, where participants are supported not through constant guidance, but through presence.

The facilitator remains in silence for most of the retreat, respecting the same conditions asked of the participants.
This silence is not absence, but a way of holding the space — allowing the practice to unfold naturally, without interference or interpretation.

This approach reflects the spirit of Vipassana as a practice of direct experience, where understanding arises from observation rather than explanation, and where the path is walked together, not demonstrated from above.

Tarani Laura Luise

Her path in meditation began more than twenty years ago and has unfolded through continuous practice rather than formal facilitator roles. Over the years, she has taken part in inner growth groups, completed training within an academy of holistic counseling, and lived and worked in a community dedicated to inner development. These experiences have shaped a way of practicing that is grounded, experiential and deeply connected to everyday life. She does not approach Vipassana as something to be taught, but as a path to be walked together. During the retreat, I practice alongside the participants, sharing the same conditions of silence, rhythm and presence. Living closely with animals has been an essential part of her path. They have shown her, again and again, that silence is powerful — not as withdrawal, but as a natural state in which clarity, attunement and understanding arise without effort. As a facilitator, her role is to hold a simple and safe container, support continuity of practice, and remain available when support is needed, while allowing each participant’s experience to unfold in its own way. Vipassana Path is offered from this place: not from authority, but from shared practice, respect for silence, and trust in direct experience.
