About
Vipassana
Path
Vipassana Path is a three-day online Vipassana retreat, taking place from Friday to Sunday, designed to support a deep and continuous practice within everyday life. The retreat is open to all levels. No previous experience is required. What is asked is a sincere intention to practice and a willingness to observe experience as it unfolds. Vipassana, as taught by the Buddha, is the practice of seeing reality clearly — moment by moment — through direct observation of body, sensations and mind, without reacting and without identifying.
This retreat offers a structured yet simple container to cultivate this quality of clear seeing.
The retreat is held from home, with practical guidance on how to create a supportive and quiet environment.
Participants may attend alone or as a couple, and pets may be present, as long as the basic conditions of practice are respected.

Before the retreat begins, two preparatory meetings on Zoom are held:
Wednesday evening (8:00 pm Italian / 9:00 pm English), where essential information and the detailed retreat program are sharedThe detailed daily schedule is communicated during the Wednesday meeting, allowing participants to prepare with clarity and confidence.

During the retreat, there will be periods of silence and periods of guided sessions.
Outside the silence sessions, support requests are available, should practical or practice-related questions arise.Vipassana Path is not an escape from life, but a way of practicing within life itself — cultivating presence, continuity and understanding that can be carried into everyday experience.
"Vipassana meditation brings inner peace and self-awareness, which are essential for holistic well-being."
